Helen is an engaging individual with a great passion for improv. In this interview she talks about her initial apprehensions about improv before she finally took the plunge and became completely immersed in it. She weighs up the struggles some actors have with the idea of working without a script and how that can act as a barrier to a lot of people that you would imagine would really flourish in improv if they gave it a go. We talk about her international improv troupe ‘Honey Spiders’ and Helen tells us about an exciting improv sitcom that they are working on. Helen is an incredibly positive person with a great outlook on life and I’m excited for you all to get to know her better.
